Signed-in users

If you have an account, you can also open a support ticket from the site (Settings → Support). Tickets keep the conversation and any screenshots in one place, which helps for anything involving a specific generation.

What to include

• Generation problems: what you typed or uploaded, roughly when, and what came back (a screenshot helps).
• Billing: the email on the account and the order number from your receipt.
• Copyright or takedown: the URL in question, the work involved, and a statement of your relationship to it.
• Privacy: the email on your account and what you are asking us to do with your data.

Report misuse

If you see a generated image on this site that you believe violates our terms of service — including content that infringes someone's rights — send the link to the same address with a short explanation. We take those reports seriously and act on them.
